COURSE DESCRIPTION
This new course offering is for Mac beginners who want to do more than just email, surf the web, and play Angry Birds! We will concentrate on the iLife suite of productivity software that comes with every Mac (iPhoto, iMovie, and GarageBand). We will also explore just beyond the iLife borders and look at how other Mac applications integrate. Students will see how the “user experience” makes the Mac such a superior and popular personal computer. Portions of this course involve exercises on our lab MacBooks. Students are welcome to bring their own laptops.
